Accommodation Details
The Las Vegas Hostel is a quiet and clean place to lay your head. All rooms have free internet access, private bathroom facilities and more. There's a laundry and ironing service - and other such conveniences. Plus, bottled water is free of charge.
Please note, this is a very simple, basic property, with rooms on the small side. On the other hand it has a fab location and comes with a very friendly price tag!

Room Information
There's internet broadband access in all bedrooms and in the lobby. There are mini-fridges in some guest rooms and one common fridge in the lobby. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom - including hot water - cooler, air-conditioning, colour television with Cable TV and ESPN and telephones. Towels and soap are provided!

Location
Set in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui on the Kowloon peninusla, Chung King Mansions is a seething mass of people, 24-hours a day.
To reach the hostel head to Chung King Mansions on Nathan Road (the Star Ferry end of the road, near The Peninsula Hotel). As a landmark there's a huge electronic advertising hoarding on the building.
Upon entering the building head all the way through the building until you reach a set of 2 lifts on the left hand side labelled for Block C. Take the right hand one and go up to the 15th floor (the left hand one goes to even numbered floors). As you exit the lift you will see the Las Vegas Hostel.
Beware! At the entrance to Chung King Mansions, there will be hawkers and vendors who will try their best to distract you from your final destination, telling you that they represent the property or that the hotel has relocated you, or that the directions have changed. IGNORE THEM! The genuine staff from the property will not come to meet you, and will not send you elsewhere. Go only to the reception desk as described above, where your booking is guaranteed and you will NOT be asked to pay locally.

How To Get There
By Airport Shuttle -
Hong Kong's Airport Express Train can be easily spotted in the Arrival Hall at the airport. Ticket machines are located in the arrivals hall and you need one for the Kowloon stop (approx. HK $90.00 per person one way).
It will take approx. 25 minutes to travel from the Airport to Kowloon Station. Leave the station from Exit A and either take a taxi from the station to Chung King Mansions (about 5 minutes - costing about HK $20.00), or board shuttle bus K3 to the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. This runs about every 12 minutes.
If travelling by shuttle bus get off at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile and walk to the Nathan Road side. Turn left and Chung King Mansions is about 50m further down the road, heading towards the harbour.
