Accommodation Details
Impressive modernist building completely refurbished in the best location ever dreamed for a hostel. More than 400 beds next to Catalunya Square and Las Ramblas. Totally focused to the international traveller. One of the most spectacular hostels in Europe. Huge common area, bar, free internet acces, satellite TV, etc. There are lots of activities going on within the hostel: flamenco & salsa nights, concerts, movie nights are regularly organised, to keep the guests active and involved in the funny, friendly, international atmosphere. As a new addition to the already extensive facilities, there` s a massage room (treatments can be booked with the reception, supplementary charge applies), and on the top floor a new sun terrace & bar with stunning views across Barcelona (opened from Summer 2007, weather dependant). A Moroccon style lounge is available as well to chill out in unique ambiance.
Other facilities also include: free internet access, WIFI in lobby, luggage storage, bar, travel desk / travel info, credit cards accepted, no curfew. Disabled access.

Room Information
All rooms are spacious and offer air conditioning/central heating (also in public areas of the hostel), lockers (free to use with own locks, if you don`t have one you can get it for 2 Euros at the reception). Small dormitories and double rooms have bathroom inside, large dormitories are without bathroom. Matrasses are very comfortable, double rooms have balconies as well.

Location
This great property is located on Passeig Garcia, the poshest shopping street in Barcelona. The central position make getting around very easy, there` s a metro station on hand with 3 different lines (green, yellow, purple lines), Placa Catalunya and Las Ramblas are a mere 3-5 mins walk away from the hostel` s exit.

How To Get There
By Public Transport -
Taxi from / to the airport costs about 30 Euros per way.
Public Transportation in Barcelona is easy, safe and usually runs until late.
In front of the airport building there is a stop for the express bus line called AEROBUS. Take the bus and stop at "Passeig de Gracia¿ street corner with Consell de Cent. The Centric Point Hostel at the number 33 welcomes you after 24.35 meters on the right hand side of the street. The end station of Aerobus is Placa Catalunya, from there the hostel is a mere 3-5 mins walk. Tickets can be bought from the driver (only cash!).

Take the shuttle bus Take the bus to "Barcelona estación del Norte". From there get on the underground line 1 (red line) and go for one stop direction "Hospital de Belvitge", make a change in "Urquinaona" and get on the line 4 direction "Trinitat Nova". Get off at "Passeig de Gracia" and follow the signs to the exit "Consell de Cent" . Centric Point is located approximately 20 m from this exit.
