Accommodation Details
The hostel has a fun and safe atmosphere with evening events and day trips organized on a regular basis. Facilities include a drinks machine, kitchen facilities, laundry facilities and free internet access. There is a luggage room available for those having a late flight on departure. The whole property (including dorms as well) is airconditioned, FREE WiFi is available in the building.
Barcelona Mar Youth Hostel is a member of "Be Hostels", the chain also preferred by Busabout (actual pick up point is walking distance, at sister property, ask for directions from staff)

Room Information
All dorms are clean, with shared bathroom and with a free locker, blanket and a pillow. Linen is available at an additional small charge. Rooms, as well as public areas of the hostel, are airconditioned/heated. Doors of dorms and the lockers work with an electronic card that you get upon check-in.

El Raval - the new talk of Barcelona, and up and coming, very central area. Edgy, funky, arty & cool, with loadsa fantastic bars, clubs. All this only a stone` s throw away from the buzz of La Rambla, the shopping of Barri Gotic, and the seaside promenade with the port. Perfect, huh?

How To Get There
By Public Transport -
FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT
By Airport Shuttle Bus:
Duration: approx. 30 min, cost: approx. 3,80 euros per person per way.
Take the Areobús right in from of terminal B and get off at the last stop that is Plaça Catalunya. From Plaça Catalunya there are 2 possibilities to get to the Hostel:
A) Walking 10-15 minutes. Walk though the street Las Ramblas direction to the sea. When you see the Theatre Liceu, on your right hand side you can find the street Sant Pau. We are in number 80.
B) By metro: Time: 5 min, cost: 1,35 euros. Take the green line and get off at the stop Paral·lel. To get out the metro station take the exit called Ronda Sant Pau. Once you are on the street you will find the beginning of the street Carrer Sant Pau, we are in number 80. Be careful because the street called Ronda Sant Pau begins at the same corner, so don't get confused.
By Train + Metro:
Duration: approx. 30 min, cost: approx. 2,80 euros per person per way.
Please take the only train at the airport called RENFE and get off at Sants Estació. Once you are there you have to change to the metro system. Find the green metro line and take it direction to Canyelles and get off at Parl·lel (time:5 min, cost: 1,35 euros). To get out the metro station take the exit called Ronda Sant Pau. Once you are on the street you will find the beginning of the street Carrer Sant Pau, we are in number 80. Be careful because the street called Ronda Sant Pau begins at the same corner, so don't get confused.
FROM "Sants Estacio" TRAIN STATION (main station)
At Sants Station find the green metro line and take it direction to Canyelles and get off at Paralel (time:5 min, cost: 1,35 euros). To get out the metro station take the exit called Ronda Sant Pau. Once you are on the street you will find the beginning of the street Carrer Sant Pau, we are in number 80. FROM "Estacio del Nord" BUS STATION (main station)
From Estació del Nord you need to get out of the station to find the metro system. Take the red metro line and get of at Plaça Catalunya, where you change lines to the green line. Take the green line direction to Zona Universitaria and get off at Paralel Station (time:5 min, cost: 1,35 euros). To get out the metro station take the exit called Ronda Sant Pau. Once you are on the street you will find the beginning of the street Carrer Sant Pau, we are in number 80. Be careful because the street called Ronda Sant Pau begins at the same corner, so don't get confused.
