Accommodation Details
A pension style hotel ideal for travellers who are looking for a place to sleep with good public transport connections to the rest of Barcelona, when they are not out partying or seeing the sights. Facilities are simple, but the property has been recently refurbished and offers a high standard of budget accommodation, with meticulously clean rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. There is a drink machine available in the common area (coffee, non-alcoholic drinks).

All rooms are well kept, some have bathroom, whereas others have shared facilities. There is TV in all rooms, some of which come with airconditioning during Summer months. Rooms can be heated in the winter.

Location
Hostal Apolo is located in the Sants-Monjuïc neighbourhood in Barcelona, near the Paral·lel metro subway station (Lines 2 and 3), a taxi stop, and bus stops (buses 20,36,57,64,91,N0 and N6). There is also a funicular that goes up to the top of the Montjuïc mountain, from where you can enjoy stunning views of this maginficient city.
A 10-15 minute walk will take you to the most important sites: Ramblas, the port, theatres, the Gothic quarter, etc.

Paralel - 1-2 mins walk (from here line 2 takes you to Sagrada Familia, and line 3 takes you to Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya)

How To Get There
By Public Transport -
From Airport take Aerobus or train to Plaza Catalunya. Then change to metro line 3 to Parallel. Exit to street Carrer de Non de Rambla, the hostal is on the corner of Vila i Vila & Carrer La Font. A taxi directly from the airport will cost about 30-35 Euros (the taxi rank can be found in front of the exit for international arrivals).
